By purchasing, accessing, or using the VaultRunner CryptoBot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Bot.
2. Service Description
VaultRunner CryptoBot is an automated cryptocurrency trading software that executes trades on the Binance exchange. The Bot:
- Executes both LONG (spot) and SHORT (futures) positions
- Operates autonomously based on pre-configured trading strategies
- Requires user-provided API keys and configuration
- Sends notifications via Telegram
3. Requirements & User Responsibilities
To use the Bot, you must have:
- Binance Account with active trading permissions
- Binance API Key configured with appropriate permissions (API keys are NOT provided)
- Futures Trading enabled on your Binance account
- Telegram Bot Token & Chat ID for receiving alerts
- Sufficient capital in your Binance account for trading
You are solely responsible for:
- Securing your API keys and credentials
- Maintaining sufficient account balance
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Understanding the risks involved in cryptocurrency trading

IMPORTANT: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
By using the Bot, you acknowledge and accept that:

- Automated trading systems can malfunction or produce unexpected results
- Technical issues, API failures, or exchange outages may result in losses
- No profit or specific performance is guaranteed
- You may lose your entire investment

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Bot is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or damages
- We are not liable for any technical failures, bugs, or errors
- We are not liable for any third-party service failures (Binance, Telegram, etc.)
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription
7. Subscription & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Bot
- Share, resell, or redistribute the Bot or your access
- Use the Bot for any illegal activities
- Attempt to bypass any security measures
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
